Lounch with two sofas-bed and Smart TV with satellite tv Astra and TNT Also Netflix, Amazon Prime and youtube if the client has a previous account to connect. Parking just under the building. Good sea view also from the dining room. Two doble rooms. One of the room has exit to the terrace with sea view. There's sea view from the doble bed on the bedroom. The other bedroom has two double beds. One bathroom with bath and separated kitchen with washing machine fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Air conditioned, Free Wifi in the apartment. Communitarian pool, parking, tennis courts an Private parking in the complex. Also communitarian pools. One for adults and pool for children. Tennis court and children Playground in the complex. Pool season from 01-06 to 30-09. This apartment is situated in L'Estartit town center. You only have to cross the road to acces to the beach. The Beach is not deep and fine sand. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour hors saison, l’appartement était impeccable avec tout le nécessaire pour être bien..près du centre et en bord de mer..un accès parking facile et pratique..et sans oublier l’accueil chaleureux..Nous reviendrons vite

Propreté et emplacement Suggestions or improvements: L'équipement est juste bien!!!!Quelques améliorations sont indispensables, surtout au niveau de la salle d'eau.Pas de petite étagère pour mettre les produits de douche, pas de crochet pour suspendre les serviettes. Et une petite barre de maintien est souhaitable.

Die Anlage ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir waren bereits mehrfach hier in unterschiedlichen Appartments. Die Einrichtung der Appartments richtet sich nach dem Geschmack der Eigentümer, ist also sehr unterschiedlich. Für uns mitentscheidend war der Blick aufs Meer und der flach abfallende Sandstrand, der selbst für Kleinkinder bestens geeignet ist.
